WELLBEING & CREATIVITY
YOGA
I began practicing yoga after I was diagnosed with scolisosis at aged sixteen. What initally began as a form of physical exercise as preventative care has evolved into a regular pillar of my daily life.
I find practicing yoga an important way to reconnect and find balance. I see yoga as a moving meditation - it can move me both physically and emotionally. It provides opportunity to check in with myself, how I'm feeling, and ultimately discover what it is I need to feel soothed and nourished.
ART
My artistic practice is constantly evolving. I call it a practice as for me, it is something that I never wish to "perfect". Creating art - be that with paint, words, movement or audio - provides a space for me to be playful, explore, and let my thinking mind have a break.

My most favourite artworks that I've created have never had an "end goal". I find that allowing the process to take the lead, as opposed to focusing on the outcome, a very therapeutic process.
TROPIC
I became Tropic ambassador in January 2021 and I've been using Tropic products since my teenage years. I started using the products as my skin has always been very sensitive and anything that I would use from the high street would more often than not irritate my skin. When I was told about Tropic, and how their products are completely natural, I just thought "oh well, might as well give it a go and see if it works" - and it did!

Putting it simply, they feel good, smell good and do good!
