I acted as the first point of contact for clients, GP practices and entire charity staff. This includes demonstrating confidentiality and empathy when providing advice, guidance and signposting to vulnerable clients and their carers; managing the expectations of all stakeholders, including other organisations, in an environment with constantly changing workloads and priorities, using clear, concise and engaging communication; handling sensitive information in a confidential manner and maintaining accurate, up to date client records in line with GDPR to ensure the office is compliant; and carrying out all administrative duties to ensure that colleagues are prepared to successfully manage their own workload.
